Your $99 gives you access to up to 36 total classes held throughout the four weeks of the Kickboxing Bootcamp. Come as often as you like and contact us to see the full class schedule, with sessions offered at multiple times throughout the week.

What is included in the 4-Week Fitness Kickboxing Bootcamp?

You’ll receive FREE gloves ($36 value), FREE hand wraps ($10 value), accountability from our team, and before and after weigh-ins with body fat readings. Fitness kickboxing members can get this all for just an additional $20.

How long does the Bootcamp last and when does it start?

The Bootcamp runs for 4 weeks! It’s the perfect way to jumpstart your fitness goals for spring or summer, but you can begin your 4 week Bootcamp anytime up until June 15th!

Can I join the bootcamp if I'm not a current member?

Yes! Anyone can join the Kickboxing Bootcamp for only $99!

Do I need to know how to do kickboxing to participate?

No! Our adult martial arts and fitness classes are attended by men or women of any fitness level. Everyone is welcome!

How often should I train to see progress?

Training at least 2-3 times per week is recommended for steady improvement. However, progress depends on consistency, effort, and personal goals.
